How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Trade Windows & Doors is very straightforward. There are two primary ways to place an order with Trade Windows & Doors.

The first is by calling 01256477191. Have your measurements and requirements handy.

The second is by ordering through our secure site. All you need to do is build an accurately priced quote using easy-to-use online Quoter system. Once you have built a quote, you can save the quote to process at a later date, submit your quote to be checked over by our Customer Services team, or go straight to the basket and place your order.

You’ll need your name, address, phone number and Email address to save a quote or submit a quote for checking. When you are ready to pay, click the Checkout button and choose to print your order and submit payment by bank or building society cheque, or you can pay securely online using any major credit card.

Once you have completed your order, you’ll receive an email to confirm the details of your transaction. If you have any queries throughout the process, just call 01256477191 for assistance.

 
 

When will I receive my order? (Top)

All our Windows and Doors are made to measure using Leading Profiles such as Duraflex . Delivery is normally within 10 - 14 working days from receipt of order and you will receive the following confirmations by Email:

  • Confirmation 1 - An estimated delivery date based on the date of your order.

  • Confirmation 2 - Confirmation that your goods have been manufactured and are ready for dispatch / collection.

  • Confirmation 3 - Confirmation of the date your goods will be leaving our depot, and the date they will be delivered to your door.

At all times you are fee to contact our Customer Services department to check on the progress of your order. Remember to have your unique Customer ID to hand.

 
 
Is there a delivery charge? (Top)

Trade Windows & Doors's own fleet of vans delivers goods and costs are based on the following:

1 - 10 Miles Radius 20.00 excl. vat
10 - 30 Miles Radius 40.00 excl. vat
30 - 60 Miles Radius 60.00 excl. vat
60 - 120 Miles Radius 100.00 excl. vat
120 - 240 Miles Radius 130.00 excl. vat
 
 
Is there a fitting charge? (Top)

If you require fitting rather than supply only, you have the option to select professional installation in your quote and an installation charge will be added based on a fitting charge per item. All installation prices are subject to survey.

However, if your quote requires the installation of many items, we may issue you with a Voucher Code to reduce your installation cost. Please call our Customer Services line for more information.

 
 
Is there a Voucher charge? (Top)

A Voucher Code is a code that can be added to your quote to change the price when the Update button is clicked. Voucher Codes are issued in some circumstances such as:

  • Reducing or cancelling out delivery charges if you are having your goods installed by our professional fitting team, or
  • Reducing or cancelling out delivery charges if you have requested a long distance delivery and we happen to be making other deliveries to your area around the same time.
  • Reducing installation charges on large volumes of items from a cost per item to a day rate basis.

Can I return purchased items? (Top)

Trade Windows & Doors operates a 14 day returns policy if:

  • Goods are received damaged
  • Goods are received faulty
  • The goods are incorrectly specified (the goods do not match the specification on the order that was placed)

We regret that goods cannot be refunded just by choice as all goods are made to measure.

How do I return faulty goods? (Top)

In the unlikely event goods are received damaged, faulty or incorrectly specified, please keep all original packaging and labels intact, then call our Customer Services number: 01256477191. Collection will be arranged and the goods will be either replaced or refunded.

Is it safe to order online? (Top)

Our customers enjoy complete protection. The Geotrust 100% secure encrypted server ensures your personal information is kept safe. All online credit card payments are securely encrypted in transit using the Sagepay secure payment gateway and we DO NOT retain your credit card details on our server.
